🏈 Turner County took on Wilcox last week! While the game didn’t end in a win, our players showed heart, determination, and great teamwork on the field. We’re proud of their effort!

✍️📖 Ms. Johnson’s 6th grade Social Studies students turned history into stories! They created their own historical fiction books based on the causes of WWI and shared their work with classmates. 🌍✨

🌾🐝 TCMS & TCHS FFA officers spent the day sharpening their leadership skills to prepare for their roles this year! They also made a stop by the Georgia Peanut Commission to learn more about one of Georgia’s favorite crops. 🥜💛

👻📖 Mrs. Goulden’s 8th-grade ELA class kicked off their new Horror unit with a big question: What makes something horror… and what really is horror? Students are diving into the elements that create suspense, fear, and excitement in literature. Can’t wait to see where their spooky studies take them! 🕯️🦇

🌍 Huge shoutout to Mrs. Nancy Wooten, Turner County’s amazing school psychologist, for donating a globe to our 7th-grade history class! This generous gift will help our students better understand latitude and longitude while exploring the world around them. Thank you for supporting our classrooms and making learning hands-on! 🙌✨

📚💙 Turner County Middle School athletes spent time at Turner County Elementary today, sharing the joy of reading for National GA Reads Day inspired by Malcolm Mitchell!

🎾🥎 Meet Lila Collins! 🥎🎾
Lila, a proud member of the Turner County Middle School tennis and softball teams, also gives back to the community by volunteering on Fridays during home games. Here she is helping bag up some delicious Hardy Farms boiled peanuts! 🥜👏
Way to go, Lila! Your hard work on and off the court and field makes us #TurnerProud! Way to #TitanUp!
